Your responsabilities Triage, categorize, resolve or escalate incidents and requests in ServiceNow Provide phone, email and portal support during defined business hours Troubleshoot Windows 11 issues: profiles, updates, connectivity, drivers, printers, GPO/Intune policies Support corporate iPhones
Own all hands-on IT operations: deploy and lifecycle-manage Windows 11 laptops & corporate iPhones , run the walk-up support bar, deliver onboarding/offboarding , manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) , handle asset replacements and maintain the ServiceNow
